Dr. Rendy Ananta Prasetya, S.H., S.Sos., M.H.,
Dr. Prasetya holds a Bachelor degree from University of Indonesia and Suryadharma University, followed by a Master of Laws from the University of Indonesia. He earned his Doctorate Degree in Defence Studies from Indonesia’s National Defence University under the Ministry of Defence. He has various of expertise: Criminal code, Civil code, International public/private organization (Intergovernmental Organization, international organization, multinational corporation), Oil and Gas Industry, Mining Industry, and others.
He successfully handling dozens of clients and users from various entities such as Japan (METI, JICA, and other private companies), Australia (DFAT), OECD, World Bank, Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), ASEAN Secretariat, Asian Development Bank (ADB), China (Shanghai Institutes for International Studies), Singapore (Singapore Institute of International Affairs / SIIA), and others
